Our fleet of vehicles is spread throughout the area during the day so one of our expert technicians is probably near your neighborhood; our radio dispatcher can arrange for a service call within a 3-hour window and will call you directly to let you know that the technician is on his way. Of course, we also offer 24/7 emergency service: we will be there when you need us most.
Expert Technicians: Unlike many of our competitors, Paul Hartman insists that only trained, certified technicians be allowed to set foot in your home. When one of our uniformed experts comes to your door, you can be sure that he is highly qualified to fix whatever ails your furnace or air conditioner. Owner Paul Hartman has decades of experience in the HVAC industry and knows what kinds of tools and parts should be readily available in his vans at all times. All of our tools are company-owned and are maintained or replaced when needed to ensure the highest degree of quality in our work. Our service vehicles are equipped with the most comprehensive inventory of parts in the valley, so we can fix it right here and right now: you won't have to wait.
Flat Fee Pricing: You don't like "surprises" or hidden costs when it comes to HVAC systems repair, and neither do we. We have a low flat fee for diagnostic testing, and will also offer you a fixed fee for your system repair: no matter how long the job takes to complete. With Hartman Heating, you will never pay an hourly rate; and no job is begun without signed authorization from YOU.
Expert Repair: Hartman Heating is dedicated to keeping our customers safe, so we always perform FREE CARBON MONOXIDE TESTING with each repair. Our technicians will take the time necessary to do the job right: because they are on our payroll and are paid hourly, they will never be in a rush to move on to their next job. They use drop cloths to keep the area tidy, and always clean up afterwards using our own industrial vacuum cleaners equipped with HEPA filters. When calling for maintenance work or repairs, many of our customers request the same technician who visited their house before: our friendly and skilled technicians care about their customers, and it shows!
After Repair Services: Your technician will affix a maintenance history sticker on your appliance so that there will an ongoing record of work performed, with a $10 coupon affixed to it that can be applied to the next maintenance call.
