Let us take care of you.

No Headaches. No Worries. No Hassles!

There is nothing better for your heating and/or air conditioning system than annual maintenance.

Annual maintenance allows your system to work at peak efficiency year in and year out. A system that is maintained annually experiences considerably fewer breakdowns. This virtually eliminates the need for costly repairs.

You’ll enjoy peace of mind in knowing that your system is saving you money on your utility bills every time it comes on. In some instances, the energy savings alone are enough to pay for the cost of the planned annual maintenance service.

A few major causes and solutions of system failure and inefficiency

A majority of system failures are caused by dust and dirt. Solution: Keep system clean.

Less than an 1/8th of an inch of dirt on a heating or cooling coil can cause as much as a 21% decrease in efficiency. Solution: Keep system clean.

Leaky ducts keep costing you more in energy bills every day. Solution: Have your ducts sealed.

Low or overcharged freon lowers efficiency in cooling. Solution: Have freon checked and adjusted by a HVAC professional.

Low air flow reduces efficiency. Solution: Have air flow checked by a HVAC professional.

Most commercially purchased fiberglass filters are only 7% efficient in stopping dirt, dust, pollen, etc. from passing through it. Solution: Purchase high quality filters with high ratings.

One of the major costs today is climate control.

A well-maintained HVAC system not only saves money in utility costs, but also reduces disruptions due to breakdowns. Proper maintenance can lengthen equipment life and saves on expensive repair costs. Hartman Heating & Air offers a variety of preventive maintenance programs to fit your needs.

An additional benefit to having a service agreement is that we track your HVAC maintenance needs and we will contact you when it is time to schedule your preventive maintenance. During the term of the agreement, you will receive priority service when scheduling appointments. After each inspection we leave you with a detailed report of what our technicians have completed.

Hartman Heating & Air Inc., is licensed, insured and bonded.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT

Our Preventative Maintenance program is the key to maintaining your equipment operation at maximum efficiency, reducing the risk of costly repairs or premature failure. Most equipment problems could be detected early through basic, yearly service inspections. This agreement covers twelve months and provides you with two or more comprehensive “clean and check” visits.

At Hartman Heating & Air Conditioning we realize that with today’s hectic schedule, remembering to schedule your yearly maintenance is often difficult. One of the major benefits to having a service agreement is letting us do the scheduling for you. We perform the inspection when the seasons change to ensure your units are properly shut down or started for the appropriate season.

Our procedure is to contact you when it is time to schedule your specific maintenance inspection. Our maintenance agreements include the following:

One 15-point inspection and cleaning of your furnace and air conditioner

Measure refrigerant pressures

Inspect heat exchangers for cracks and corrosions

Testing and adjusting, lubrication, and coil cleaning

Filter replacement, or cleaning

We also offer agreements on evaporative coolers..
